Spectres of Shortwave :
The Radio Documentary

The soundtrack to the film was designed to also stand alone as a radio documentary.
A test broadcast was done on Wave Farm Radio and WGXC 90.7 FM in New York in 2015. Based on feedback from listeners to that broadcast, adjustments were made to the film soundtrack so that it could hold its own when the images were removed. As the film makes it's way through the festival circuit, I hope to find various community radio stations willing to broadcast the soundtrack at the same time as film festival screenings.  The goal is to organize it such that when an audience is watching the film in one part of the world, people can tune in and listen over radio waves in another part of the world, very far away.

CFYT 106.9 FM (Dawson City, Yukon Territories)  11:00pm UTC (3pm Pacific Standard Time)
